Morrow is Kokoborrego's first ever cheese made with pasteurized milk. It is a lactic style sheep milk cheese that is dusted with ash and has a lightly bloomy rind. It's produced seasonally - between April and August.
It is soft, rich and has fruity and sweet undertones balanced with more savory notes of garlic and that characteristic sheep milk grassiness.
