This farmstead artisan cheese, made in southwest Wisconsin, bears the namesake of the land formation on which the farm sits. The flavors of Pleasant Ridge Reserve are rich, deep, smooth coupled with satisfying notes of caramel & salt. A good example of terroir shines through with complex layers of grass & flora. The texture is firm, smooth with an orange-brown rind & caramel-gold colored interior paste.
